Kitchen furniture market in Central-Eastern Europe (14 countries) is estimated in 2 million units for the year 2011. Out of these 2 million units, around 114,000 are imported kitchens, that is 6% of the consumption in quantity (14% in value).Russia and Poland are respectively the major and the second manufacturing industry and market,. In general, the kitchen furniture market grew during the last two years, while the furniture market as a whole registered a decline. Imports exceeded exports by about Eur 100 million in 2011.
Approximately 60 companies account for around 40% of the total supply of kitchen furniture in Central-Eastern Europe and Russia. The Report shows also a wide range of data on macroeconomical indicators (new houses, weddings...) and appliance data.
This report offers a full analysis of the kitchen furniture industry in Central-Eastern Europe providing kitchen furniture production and consumption statistics and trends, as well as import and export data broken down by area and country of origin/destination.
