VIFA ASEAN 2024 welcomes visitors from 60 countries

Held from 27 to 30 August 2024 at SECC, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the 2nd Vietnam ASEAN International Furniture and Home Accessories Fair, VIFA ASEAN 2024, attracted 224 exhibitors (including 160 Vietnamese enterprises and 64 enterprises from 13 other countries). The fair showcased 603 booths, with a product mix of 67% furniture, 8% furnishing, 5% handicrafts, and 20% machinery, equipment, raw materials, and supporting services.
In August, VIFA ASEAN 2024 was a significant export event for furniture products in Asia. It was a pioneer in a series of furniture fairs in the region including VIFA ASEAN (Vietnam), KOFURN (Korea), MFFM (Malaysia), Maison Shanghai, Furniture China Shanghai, CIFF (China), and IFFINA (Indonesia). The event welcomed over 7,128 visitors, including 1,835 international visitors from 60 countries and territories, primarily from China, Japan, Taiwan, the USA, South Korea, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines.
VIFA ASEAN 2024 offered professional exhibition space for interior and exterior products along with numerous engaging activities and support programs for visitors and buyers. These included a seminar on “Green-eco with Net Zero” with FSC certification and carbon credits, a factory visit tour to Binh Duong province, international visitor support services at Tan Son Nhat Airport, and a free shuttle bus service.
VIFA ASEAN 2024 was not only a trade event but also a bridge for Vietnamese businesses to trade, cooperate, and promote their brands internationally. The success of VIFA ASEAN 2024 has affirmed the role of the Vietnamese furniture industry and contributed to the development of the Southeast Asian furniture industry.
Following the success of VIFA ASEAN 2024, the 16th Vietnam International Furniture & Home Accessories fair, VIFA EXPO 2025, is set to take place from 05 – 08 March 2025 at two of Ho Chi Minh City’s largest exhibition centers: SECC (District 7) and SKY EXPO Vietnam (District 12).
VIFA EXPO 2025 will expand to over 3,000 booths, showcasing a diverse range of products in the furniture and handicraft industry. Until now, 2,000 booths have been registered by 400 enterprises from 19 countries and territories, including brands such as Koda, Woodnet, Scancom, Fine Scandinavian, MFC, PMA, Savimex, Thinh Viet, Lyprodan, Eurofar, Hiep Long, Cattie, Master Pacific, Mega Home, and Wood Concept.
VIFA EXPO 2025 will offer a comprehensive program to support international visitors with accommodation and transportation throughout the four-day event. Notably, VIFA EXPO 2025 will provide a free shuttle bus service between the two exhibition venues operating every 30 minutes to facilitate easy access for all visitors.
