At a time of geopolitical complexity and global market uncertainty, this growth in international attendance confirms CIFF Guangzhou as a key global hub for the furniture industry.
An Evolving Platform Supporting Industry Transformation
Guided by the theme CONNECT · CREATE, CIFF Guangzhou continues to evolve beyond the traditional trade fair model, serving as a platform where design, manufacturing and global trade converge. Its strength lies not only in its scale, but also in its scope to bring together a broad ecosystem of resources, supporting business development, industry exchange and innovation across the furniture value chain.
The participation of 1,582 new exhibitors (31.8% of the total) reflects the platform’s ability to attract new market players alongside established international brands.
New Lifestyles, New Market Directions
The 2026 edition focused on emerging lifestyles and evolving consumer needs. Within the Home Furniture exhibition, new thematic zones — Healthy Aging, Pet Home, Massage Chairs / Function Sofas and New Retail — highlighted key market trends.
The Healthy Elderly Living Themed Exhibition, featuring nearly 60 companies, presented integrated solutions combining senior-friendly furniture, smart care technologies and service systems, addressing the rapid growth of the silver economy.
The Living with Pet – Pet Home & Supplies Themed Exhibition, with around 40 companies, showcased the expanding pet-related sector, covering the entire supply chain from furniture and smart devices to accessories and services.
At the same time, the CIFM/interzum guangzhou has launched the “Global Debut Gala”, collaborating with 10 leading equipment manufacturers, and presenting 24 strategic new products for the first time on-site.
A Fully Integrated Industry Ecosystem
CIFF Guangzhou is structured around three main exhibitions, covering the entire furniture supply chain:
- Home Furniture (430,000 sqm)
- Office & Commercial Space (240,000 sqm)
- CIFM/interzum guangzhou (170,000 sqm)
From design and lifestyle to manufacturing and materials, the exhibition connects upstream and downstream sectors within a single, coherent system.

At the same time, digital tools — including AI-powered assistants, intelligent navigation systems and real-time interaction solutions — improved the visitor experience and operational efficiency.
