DescriptionThe contract furniture market in Italy accounts for approximately EUR 2.6 billion (at current prices). This segment has rapidly developed also in Italy since the contract market in the Arabian countries has boomed, about 15 years ago. Hospitality is the major business in Italy, accounting for about a half of the total market for contract. Sectors of retail, education, marine, hospitals and health clinics, airports and the property market also have relevant shares in this emerging business.
